Review Insights - Keyword Analysis

The Review Insights - Keyword Analysis page helps with identifying the most frequently mentioned words and phrases in customer feedback, providing a clear understanding of what aspects of your business are top of mind for customers. By analyzing these keywords, you can quickly spot recurring themes, areas of concern, and highlights that resonate with customers. This insight allows you to focus on what matters most to your audience, enabling more targeted improvements and effective decision-making.

 

To navigate to the The Review Insights - Keyword Analysis page, click on the Review Insights tab in your dashboard, and then click on the Keyword Analysis tab.

 

The Keyword Analysis page is divided into three sections: the Keyword Sentiment Overview, the Keyword Cloud, and the Trending Keyword Table.

 

Keyword Overview

The Keyword Overview section

This section offers a breakdown of positive, negative, and neutral sentiment for key keywords in your reviews. Each sentiment category highlights the top 5 most mentioned keywords and the volume of mentions for each. By providing an at-a-glance overview of customer sentiment tied to specific topics, this snapshot helps you quickly identify what customers love, what concerns them, and what areas generate mixed feedback. This insight enables more focused improvements and targeted responses to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

The top of this section provides you with filtering options for this page. These filters include:

  • Date Picker - allows you to select the date range for the data presented.
  • Date Preset - allows you to quickly select presets like Last 30 days, Last 2 Weeks, Last 6 Months, etc.
  • Folders/Locations - allows you to filter for specific locations or folders.
  • Publishers - allows you to filter the data for specific publishers

 

Keyword Cloud

The Keyword Cloud visually represents the most frequently mentioned words in your reviews, with the size of each word reflecting its frequency or importance. Contrasting colors further highlight key differences, making it easy to spot the most significant terms at a glance. This snapshot provides an instant overview of customer feedback trends, helping you quickly identify what topics are most discussed and where to focus your attention for improvements or recognition.

Hovering over a keyword will provide you with a tooltip showing the number of mentions it has for the current selected period.

Trending Keywords Table

The Trending Keywords Table offers a detailed analysis of the most frequently mentioned keywords in your reviews. For each keyword, the table highlights its sentiment score, total mentions, average rating, the number of reviews it appears in, its occurrence frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly), and whether it pertains to on-premise or off-premise experiences. This table helps you track which topics are most relevant to customers, understand how the sentiment around these themes are evolving, and identify areas that need improvement. By leveraging this data, you can make informed, targeted decisions to enhance customer satisfaction.
