Adding an AI Prompt

You can customize the information provided to the AI to help tailor responses to match your brand voice(s).

 

1. Navigate to your Account Settings

 

2. Scroll down to Review Response Prompts and click Add Prompt.

 

3. Fill out each field to align with your brand voice

Note: All fields can be adjusted/changed at any time. 

 

Custom Instructions

Customize the response suggestion with your own unique instructions. These instructions will be used whenever a suggestion is created using this template.

examples: 

 

Negative Comment Instructions

These instructions will be given when there is a negative review (1 or 2 stars and 👎 Recommendations from Facebook ). This can be used to ask the customer to contact you via email or phone to help resolve their complaint.

Tone Options

This field is where you can adjust the tone of your responses for your positive, negative, and neutral reviews. 

Note: Two tones must be selected for each.  

Positive

Positive reviews are 4 & 5 star reviews as well as 👍 Recommendations from Facebook

example: 

  • Genuine and Conversational 
  • Enthusiastic and Genuine 

Neutral 

Neutral reviews are 3-star reviews

example:

  • Genuine and Sympathetic
  • Considerate and Kind  

Negative 

Negative reviews are 1 & 2 star reviews as well as 👎 Recommendations from Facebook

example:

  • Compassionate and Inquiring 
  • Genuine and Understanding 

Signature

Use this field to customize the signature that will be added at the end of every suggested response.

ex: 

Assign to Folders/Locations

Use this field to assign your prompt to a specific folder(s) or location(s). This template will be used when responding to the selected locations.

Note: Selecting at least one location or folder is required to save the prompt. 

 

4. When finished, click Save Template in the bottom right-hand corner
