To create a suggested review response using our AI tool, navigate to the Reviews page.

 Click Awaiting Reply on the review you want to create a suggested response for. 

 Click Suggest. 

 Note: You can make edits to the response directly in the response field. 

Once you are happy with the response, click Reply to send the response live. 

Note: You can save the response as a draft by clicking the dropdown next to Reply and clicking Save Draft
