To use a template, you will need to first give our support team a list of pre-set responses to create the templates for you. From there you can follow the steps below or walkthrough above use the on how to use a template.

1. Once logged into Marqii, click Reviews on the left-hand side.
2. Click the Response tab to open reviews that need responses.
3. Find the review you would like to respond to and click Respond on the right-hand side.
4. Click on Select Statement.
5. Choose between the pre-added responses and then click Respond.
