*In order to respond to reviews you must be on our Professional or Kitchen Sync package*

1. Click the 'Review' Tab on the left side of your screen. 
2. Click “Monitoring” or "Response".
   1. What's the difference? Monitoring shows the full list of your reviews, including those that have already been responded to. Response will only show reviews that have not been responded to!
3. Click the “Respond” button on the review you would like to respond to. 
4. Type your response. 
5. Click Respond!
