Uber Eats review sync: timing and the 90-day window

Last updated: August 22, 2026

Short version: Marqii checks Uber Eats for new reviews every six hours. Uber Eats only hands us a rolling 90-day window that stops three days ago, so a new Uber Eats review normally reaches your dashboard about three days after the customer leaves it — and Uber Eats cannot give us anything older than roughly 93 days.

If an Uber Eats review is missing from Marqii, the cause is almost always one of those two limits rather than a sync failure.

How often Marqii syncs Uber Eats reviews

Marqii pulls Uber Eats reviews on a schedule, roughly every six hours — about four times a day. You don't need to trigger anything; new reviews arrive on their own.

That six-hour cadence is the smaller of the two delays. The bigger one comes from Uber Eats itself.

What Uber Eats actually makes available

Uber Eats does not expose every review on demand. It provides a rolling 90-day window that excludes the most recent three days.

In practice the window looks like this:

Review age

Available from Uber Eats?

0–3 days old

No — not released yet

3–93 days old

Yes — this is the 90-day window

Older than ~93 days

No — outside the window

So on any given day, the newest Uber Eats review Marqii can possibly see is about three days old, and the oldest is about 93 days old.

What this means for you

A brand-new Uber Eats review takes about three days to appear. Add the sync schedule and the realistic worst case is roughly three days plus six hours from the moment a customer leaves the review.

Marqii and Uber Eats Manager will disagree about the last three days. If you compare review counts, Uber Eats Manager can show reviews that Marqii has not been given yet. This is expected and resolves itself as those reviews age into the window.

Responding is time-sensitive. Uber's own documentation states that merchants have seven days to respond to a review. Because roughly three of those days pass before the review reaches Marqii, plan on having about four days to reply once it shows up. For reviews you want to answer as fast as possible, Uber Eats Manager will always see them first.

Reviews older than the window cannot be backfilled. Because Uber Eats stops providing reviews past roughly 93 days, Marqii cannot import Uber Eats history from before that window — including for a location you have just connected. A newly connected location starts with up to 90 days of Uber Eats history, not its full history.

Troubleshooting

Situation

What's happening

What to do

A review is in Uber Eats Manager but not in Marqii, and it is less than three days old

Expected — Uber Eats has not released it to us yet

Wait; it will arrive once it is three days old

A review is more than three days old and still missing after a day

Outside the normal explanation

Contact Marqii support with the store, the review date, and the reviewer name

Marqii shows fewer Uber Eats reviews than Uber Eats Manager

Usually the three-day gap at the recent end, or history older than 93 days

Compare a date range that starts more than three days ago and ends inside the last 90 days

A newly connected location has little Uber Eats history

Uber Eats only provides the last ~90 days

No action — history before that window is not available from Uber Eats

Other review providers

These limits are specific to Uber Eats. Other providers Marqii connects to have their own windows and refresh behaviour, so an Uber Eats delay does not indicate a problem with your Google, Yelp, or other review feeds.

Reference

The 90-day figure is Uber's published behaviour. The three-day exclusion is what Uber Eats provides to Marqii's integration in practice; Uber does not document it.
