Integrating Olo POS to Marqii

This integration requires collaboration between your Olo representative and someone from the Marqii CX Team (Onboarding, Account Management, Support).

1. Request to Olo Rep

  • Reach out to your Olo rep (likely your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager) and let them know that you want to utilize the Marqii integration. Please cc your Marqii rep on the email. We need to obtain the following information. There's a template email below.

  • Vendor Export (Read-Only) Access

  • Read-only access to the Ordering API’s Restaurant & Menu endpoints and Vendor Exports

  • Access to 86’d Items Endpoint

  • Include: The Marqii Project Owner's name and email address

Email Template: you will need to fill in the email address and phone number of the person you are working with on the Marqii team.

*We support dynamically hiding and showing menu items if they're marked as unavailable in Olo. If you think you may want to utilize this feature, answer 'Yes'. You're not stuck with utilizing the feature, but it's easier to have the API endpoints available from the start if you change your mind.

Please let your Marqii rep know when you have sent this email to Olo.

2. Verification of Setup in Olo Developer Portal

  • Project Confirmation: Olo will create a project in the Olo Developer Portal. The Marqii Project Owner can verify that the setup is ready to proceed by logging into the portal and confirming the customer’s name appears in the Projects section.

    • Once this is confirmed, Marqii can begin backend setup.

3. Marqii Backend Setup

  • The Marqii team will enable the integration within our system. No action is needed from you for this!

4. Integration is set up

Once the integration is set up, your menus and hours will sync from Olo to Marqii. The sync will either happen daily or in real time, depending on how you want it enabled.
