How to Connect OpenTable Reviews to Marqii

You can now connect OpenTable reviews to Marqii through a self-serve integration flow, without needing to wait for manual setup. Follow the steps below to complete the integration for each location.

Note: The integration must be completed individually for each restaurant location. Group or bulk imports across multiple locations are not currently supported.

Steps to Connect OpenTable Reviews

  1. Open the integrations flow
    In OT4R / IX Marketplace, go to Restaurant Integrations and select API Partners in the left navigation.

  1. Select Marqii and enter the partner code
    Search for Marqii by partner name. Select Marqii from the results, then enter the 6-digit partner code.

  2. Choose Reviews API
    From the list of API offers, select Reviews API.

  3. Submit the request
    Submit the partner access request for the restaurant's RID.

  4. Confirm the connection
    You can view the connected partner and its granted APIs at any time under Integrations Management → My Integrations.

  5. Notify Your Marqii Representative (REQUIRED)
    Reach out to your Account Manager, Onboarding Specialist, or the Support Team (support@marqii.com) to let them know this process has been completed, and they will complete the integration.
