Steps to Claim and Delegate Apple Business

If you are completely new to Apple Business and need help getting started, including creating an account and setting up your organization, follow Apple’s guide here: Get started with Apple Business.

 

Apple Business setup flow:

  1. Create an Apple Business account.

  2. Create your organization in Apple Business.

  3. Verify your organization. Marqii cannot create or verify organizations on your behalf.

  4. Once your organization is verified, create your brand.

  5. Verify your brand. Marqii cannot create or verify brands on your behalf.

  6. After your brand is created and verified, add your locations. Marqii Support can assist with location creation once Marqii has been delegated access, but we cannot create or verify organizations or brands.

Steps to delegate Marqii access to your Apple Business Locations:

Note: Your organization needs to be verified by Apple before you can complete this task.

  1. In Apple Business, sign in with a user whose role is Organization Administrator or Marketing Administrator.

  2. In your browser, choose Settings from the account drop down (upper right corner) > Integrations > Partner Access.

  3. Select Share Access.

  4. In the Share access dialog, enter the following:

    • The third-party partner’s Organization ID: 1481894315249605632

    • Select all current and future Brands.

  5. Select Invite to send the invitation to Marqii.

  6. Notify Marqii Support or your contact to expect an email.
