The Search Appearances page shows data revolving around the Total Search Appearances in Google. 

The data on this page can be filtered using the date range picker and the folder/location filter at the top of the page

Below the filters, you are able to view a line graph that shows the month by month search impressions.

Search Impressions are the total number of times your business profile appeared in search results for your selected date range. Monthly search appearance data is provided by Google a week after the month has ended.

We are also able to see an overview of the data on the top left corner of the graph:

• The data for the current period in bold
• The data for the previous period in grey
• The percentage difference between both periods, +Green for an increased percentage and -Red for a decreased percentage. 

Hovering over the month points on the line graph will show a tooltip showing the data for that month.

Below the line graph you are able to view a table showing the top most used key words, the number of times your location appeared using them, and the percentage change in comparison between the current and previous periods.

You are also able to filter this table by month using the month picker on the top right of the table.

Note: Search Appearance data for the previous month will be available on the 6th of each month.
