How to Respond to Reviews

*In order to respond to reviews you must be on our Professional or Kitchen Sync package*

• Click the "Review" Tab on the left side of your screen. 

• Click “Monitoring” or "Response".

• What's the difference?

  • Monitoring shows the full list of your reviews, including those that have already been responded to.

  • Response will only show reviews that have not been responded to!

• Click the “Respond” button on the review you would like to respond to. 

• Type your response. 

• Click Respond!
